Not happy with something? You can send it back within 14 days of delivery, as long as it meets the conditions below.
How to Return
- Email info@theclearancehub.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will reply with a returns authorisation number and the return address.
- Pack the item securely, ideally in its original packaging.
- Post it back using a tracked service.
Conditions
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in a condition we can resell.
- You have 14 days from delivery to start a return.
- You cover the return postage unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing.
- Anything marked as final sale cannot be returned unless it is defective.
Refunds
Once we receive your return and check it over, we process the refund within 5 working days to the payment method you used. Allow up to 10 working days for it to show in your account.
Faulty or Wrong Items
If something arrives broken or we sent you the wrong product, let us know straight away. We will arrange a free return and either replace it or give you a full refund including any return postage.
