Dispatch Cutoff
Orders received before 2pm Monday to Friday go out that day. Anything placed after 2pm or over the weekend ships the next working day.
Tracking
Every order is shipped with tracking. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse.
Where We Deliver
We ship to all UK addresses, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, and the Channel Islands. Remote areas may add 1-2 extra working days.
Missed Deliveries
If you are not in, the courier will leave a card with redelivery or collection details. If a parcel comes back to us, we will get in touch to rearrange.
